Quality Improvement Collaborative

Using PCQN data to drive quality improvement, PCQN members are looking at pain management for their first QI project. QI activities include monthly conference calls to promote a coordinated, mentored QI project. Calls topics thus far include:

·         Choosing a topic and outcomes

·         Teaching about QI

·         Fishbone brainstorm

·         Process mapping

Additionally, an in-person QI workshop was held during the Spring 2014 conference and QI reports are provided to each participating team every month.  If you’d like to join us, let us know!
